Gunning kit comes in two strengths of resistance:
- 300 N is perfect for fitness (for men, women, and youth). It is a rough equivalent of 30 kg force per rope at maximum length. Ideals for team and group training.
- 700 N is perfect for fitness (for men, women, and youth). It is a rough equivalent of 70 kg force per one rope at maximum length. (ideal for Sports Conditioning and Team training)

- Training is divided into 5 colour-coded zones, each fitness level has a recommended monthly plan (amount of different colour-coded lessons).
